Bagoong Rice with Egg and Pork Belly


This bagoong rice with egg and pork belly hits the spot, plus it's super easy to make!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4-5 servings

Ingredients:

2 tsp vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup The Good Choices Bagoong

4 cups day-old rice

1/2 cup The Good Choices Tofu Scramble, thawed

2 slabs The Good Choices Pork Belly, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces and fried until golden brown and crispy (around 6-8 minutes)

2 cups napa cabbage, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Preheat oil in a wok or large pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add bagoong and cooked rice. Mix well.

2. Add tofu scramble, fried pork belly, and napa cabbage. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with salt according to taste.
